VIBROFLEX TPR flexible feeding system

The VIBROFLEX TPR is a flexible feeding system equipped with one or more robots, vision system, vibration hopper and "Flexcube" vibrating platform.
The hopper doses the products on the plate and is designed not to overload the vibrating platform, which operates the product handling.
The vision system processes the images captured by the camera and sends the coordinates of the pickable products to the robot. The robot picks up the products and deposits them oriented toward the destination. The station is set up to accommodate different types of robots (anthropomorphic, SCARA, Delta) and from different producers.

The VIBROFLEX TPR is suitable for unconventional products feeding with even special shapes, features ultra-rapid changeover managed by software, and the possibility of using multiple stations to increase production rates.

Mechanical ALVEOLAR feeding system

Our alveolar feeding system can be adapted to a variety of application areas and is composed of interchangeable sectors with different shapes depending on the product to be sorted, called "alveoli". They allow a variety of product models to be handled on the same feeder and features rapid, adjustment-free format changes.

The system can be equipped with external loading hoppers and a standard or aspirated outlet belt.

Il sistema di alimentazione meccanico GRAVITY sfrutta la gravità e il baricentro dei prodotti per effettuare la selezione.
The modular belt system allows product selection thanks to the variable geometry of the porter.
To increase autonomy, it can be integrated with a hopper.
Si presenta in tre taglie: GRAVITY C600, GRAVITY C1200 e GRAVITY C1800.

The main advantage of this system is the high feeding rate it can achieve.

It is mainly used in the beverage industry, but can also be extended to the cosmetics and pharmaceutical sectors.

ORMEC mechanical feeding system

ORMEC is a mechanical unscrambler designed primarily for bulk feeding of plastic bottles and containers of all types. Its versatility and easy size changeover allow it to handle a wide range of different sized bottles. Depending on the production required and the size of the products, we can choose from 4 machine versions: 1000, 1200, 1600, 2000. It is possible to integrate godet insertion for containers with special or unstable geometric shapes.
