Combined feeding system CAROUSEL

CAROUSEL is a combined type of feeding system because it combines vibration technology for product pre-sorting and mechanical sorting to complete orientation.
The system is composed by a vibrating circular container that takes care of pre-sorting the products from the bulk. The products are then mechanically sorted and brought out at the speed requested.

TRESOR Mechanical feeding system

TRESOR is a mechanical feeding system designed primarily for orienting and feeding bulk cosmetic plastic bottles and containers. Its versatility and ease of format change allow it to handle a wide range of bottles of different sizes. Depending on the required production and dimensions, TRESOR is available in 3 different sizes: 1200, 1600, 2000. It is possible to integrate the insertion into godets for containers with unusual or unstable shapes.

Flexible feeding system VEGA FROM TRAY

VEGA is a robotized feeder designed and produced in two versions: to feed glass bottles arranged on a tray (from tray) and to feed caps arranged on a tray (from tray) by placing them on the pre-filled bottle.

The operator manually loads full trays, empty trays are automatically unloaded outside the system.
Dedicated software processes the images captured by the camera and sends the coordinates to the robot to pick up the tray products.

Bottles can be deposited on the conveyor belt or in godets. Caps can be deposited directly on top of the filled bottle.
The station is designed to accommodate 2 scara-type robots.

Flexible feeding system PEGASO

PEGASO is a robotic feeding system that feeds products from bulk. It is particularly suitable for processing delicately packaged bottles and jars in a variety of materials, excluding glassware.

  • The system consists of a rotating sorting disc, a belt (or vibrating) hopper that doses the products onto the rotating disc, a vision system that detects the products to be picked, and a Scara-type robot that picks up the products and deposits them at the outlet.
  • High efficiency: all products loaded on the sorting disc are brought to the output without recycling with secondary systems.
  • Gentle product handling: the system avoids repeated stresses on the products and their damage. It is therefore particularly suitable for delicate cosmetic packaging.
  • Functional design and compact footprint
  • Format changeover time with zero mechanical parts for similar products
  • Robot gripper format changeover only for different products
  • Optional extras that can be integrated: deposit of products in godet and automatic emptying of products onto the disc.

Flexible feeding system PRISM 120

PRISM 120 is a flexible feeding system equipped by 2 Delta robots and a vision system, designed for handling all kinds of plastic containers.
The system is equipped with an hopper that doses the products into a rotating disk. A vision system processes the camera images and sends the robot the coordinates to pick up the products to be deposited sorted at the output track. All products deposited on the disc are picked up and there are no secondary recycling systems.

The system can process 80 to 120 pieces per minute.
